  This annual Halloween street festival takes over Buffalo Street for one night only. With live music, food trucks, seasonal vendors, and giant skeletons, it’s spooky fun for all ages.

• Pumpkin Palooza

  Head down to Burger Boat Park (across from the Manitowoc Public Library) for a free afternoon of pumpkin carving and decorating! The finished Jack-o'-Lanterns will stay and decorate downtown through Halloween. Pumpkins will be provided while supplies last. Bring your own tools.
