A brand new one-night Halloween street festival in downtown Manitowoc with live music, food trucks, seasonal vendors, family activities, and more

Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 3–10 PM on Buffalo Street (between 7th & 8th) in downtown Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

Yes! A variety of food trucks and an outdoor bar serving beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Absolutely. We have a packed line-up of seasonal vendors, local makers, and artists!

Yes! Activities include face painting, balloon twisting, a dual lane slide bounce house, live pumpkin carving, photo ops, and free trick-or-treat bags for kids (while supplies last).

Broken Arrow at 5:00 PM, Mischief & Magic Show at 7:00 PM, and Smoke Road at 8:00 PM.

Nearby public lots and free street parking will be available. Note: Buffalo Street between 7th & 8th will be closed starting Friday evening.

Yes, the festival takes place on a closed city street with level access for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.

Yes, the outdoor bar will be cash only. An ATM will be available on-site.

You’ll need to show your ID and get a wristband at the bar area. Please note that the bar at Nightmare Off 8th Street is cash only. We will have an ATM on-site.

While we don't allow pets, service animals are always welcome.
