Nightmare Off 8th Street is Manitowoc’s new Halloween street festival—an evening of live music, food trucks, seasonal vendors, and fall fun in the heart of downtown.
For one night only, wander down to Buffalo Street and enjoy an open-air block party; shop seasonal goods, grab something delicious to eat, and enjoy a killer line-up of entertainment.

Yes! A variety of food trucks and an outdoor bar serving beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Yes! Activities include face painting, balloon twisting, a dual lane slide bounce house, live pumpkin carving, photo ops, and free trick-or-treat bags for kids (while supplies last).

Broken Arrow at 5:00 PM, Mischief & Magic Show at 7:00 PM, and Smoke Road at 8:00 PM.

Nearby public lots and free street parking will be available. Note: Buffalo Street between 7th & 8th will be closed starting Friday evening.

Yes, the festival takes place on a closed city street with level access for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.

Yes, the outdoor bar will be cash only. An ATM will be available on-site.
